    I enjoyed the article on scheduling gratitude. Although I don’t take such a structured approach, I do make a point of providing feedback by email to colleagues from throughout the organisation who have assisted me, and cc in their manager. It never hurts to be kind, and we all need to feel appreciated. Which reminds me – your service in providing these links matters – thank you Sally.
